Hello everyone. I was hoping you could guide me in which order I need to add the chemicals to balance our water. Here are my numbers...
FC 0
CC 0
TA125
PH 7.8
CH 130
My guess is to add muratic to lower ph, but idk honestly!

Your pH is fine. Any pH in the 7's is ok.

What is your CYA?

Add 5 ppm of liquid chlorine ASAP. You never want your FC at 0.

Do a Overnight Chlorine Loss Test and see if algae took hold while you FC was 0. If so then follow the SLAM Process

Hi, thank you for the fast response. I didn't test CYA as this is a fresh fill. Was just assuming there isn't CYA in our tap water?!?

Then add 30-40 ppm of solid stabilizer using the sock method. The stabilizer is a mild acid and will lower your pH by a few points.

Add 6 ppm of liquid chlorine and maintain that FC level.
