With temps rising I want to get a jump on opening our 9x18 above ground Intex pool. When I closed it we drained the water below the pump line and put a mesh cover on top. This weekend I noticed the water was turning green. Should I refill the water (currently 2/3 full) and then SLAM or SLAM now, then refill?

You need to be able to circulate to do the
SLAM Process.
With such a small pool & liquid chlorine being $5+ a gallon you may be better served by draining, scrubbing & refilling.
