Opened today water results !!!

Last year I had an algae problem. This year I’m hoping it doesn’t happen again. I’m considering buying a new ladder. Maybe that’s overthinking it. So here’s my results. Do I have to do anything ?

CH-150
TA-80
CYA- 50 maybe 60 range
Ph- like 7.4 to 7.8 range
