Open pool FC level during shock question.

Long time lurker newbie to the forum. I’m just getting over a high CYA in my 16 x 32 In ground pool. My CYA is now 60. My pool is green and now I want to Shock it. It says to keep it around 24FC during shocking. How do I know it’s maintaining 24 FC when my kit only goes up to 10 ppm? Thank you in advance and glad to be here.
