Omnilogic will not activate feature valves or sense the chlorinator

Hello all...I'm finally at the last step of replacing my main omnilogic circuit board...testing to make sure things work. It all started with a salt cell that was giving incorrect readings...replaced salt cell...no change. Replaced salt cell power plug...no change. So I had a company come out just to make sure I wasn't missing something and the only thing they and supposedly the Hayward help line could recommend was to replace the main circuit board. This has been from basically late July until now...6 months. I have everything installed, upgraded the firmware, and restored the configuration file.

I can get the pumps to come on so I at least have filtration, however, I can not get my salt cell to register or the valves to the bubblers, laminars, or waterfall to actuate via the app, website or main panel. interestingly enough, I can get them to open and close when using "Service Mode." Should I just start a new configuration file? Do I need to register the main circuit panel serial number somewhere so it will talk to the features and chlorinator?

I'm sure its something simple, but I'm fairly new at the pool automation game.

I think @JamesW is the best to try and help you.

The technical knowledge of the members about the Omnilogic board is limited compared to Jandy Aqualink or Pentair automation.

You don't need to register the board to talk to the features and chlorinator.

I would look at the RS-485 bus connections. The RS-485 bus is what the chlorinator uses to communicate with the board and also what your control panels use.

Post pics of the board and especially how you have the RS-485 connections done.

Well...2nd time is a charm...I wasn't actually saving the changes to the config file. I had to go remap all the valves to their respective features but when I was exiting the config wizard I wasn't hitting save, so it would just dump all the changes. Doh!!
