Omnihub with pentair pump

Hello, does anyone knows hot to get the sister board HLPMPCONV to communicate with the omniflo pump? I tried pretty much everything and can't get the pump to show up. the omnihub is running the latest software but when I check the pump converter board it's version 2.5.0. I think that may be my problem but can't get it to update to 3.2 as it shows on all the manual and instructions I've been following.

I have read and worked every bulletin and write ups that's up. I believe the problem I have is updating the pump board. I shows r2.5.0. while all the manuals states to have version 3.2.0 at minimum. the main MSP shows version 5.0.0. when I check for updates it shows everything is up to date? I'm waiting for hayward to get back to me. hopefully I'll get an answer soon
 
Shoot it was rough and I had to hire a Hayward guy to do it. I suggest you to call Hayward and hire some one. They can also help on the phone. They emailed me a guide with the procedure but I didnt have the time to try it out and I hired a guy.

I think I had same problem.I set up Omnihub with heater,AquaRite and Pentair Inelliflo. On Omnihub panel all devices showed up but in setup there was no HUA address for pump.Had to disconnect conv board,reset OH,power it off,connect the board and restart OH.HUA for the pump appeared and I was able to set up the pump.Not sure if it would work with Omniflo.3.2 and higher firmare version is for Omnihub controller,not the converter board.
