Ok to clean micron filters in dishwasher?

was woundering if be good idea to clean the micron filters to my pool clean in dishwasher so gets a deep clean? or think would damage them i spray them after every cleaning but that only gets them so clean and for awhile had slow leak in pool that let dirt in so filters got dirty quick, cleaner is the Hayward RC9740 SharkVac

Try using trisodium phosphate (TSP) instead. It can be found in hardware stores (sometimes) in the paint section. Do not use the "alternative" TSP which is not TSP at all.
