So I went out and checked the pool today (only been up 2 days, and have another issue, anyway) and the pool level dropped A TON see pic... only thing I can figure it came from the pump (wasn't ran) look at the pics and tell me what you think?? You can see where it came from (dirt trail) and the water on the bottom of the pump.. Wasn't leaking during the day, this happened last night.

Not really, there is a slight drip from the area leading to the filter... but nothing that would allow this type of "dump" of water... Shy of filling it back up, i am at a loss... Like I said, last night before bed, fine.. then boom. I want to fix it before I fill up..
Only other thing I can think of.. i need to tighten that nut inside the pre-filter area. (the one that attaches the pre-filter to the pump)
Be sure to only tighten 1/4 turn past hand tight. Plastic fittings strip out easily.

I think filling it up enough to turn on the pump is what you need to do, otherwise you're just guessing.
well filled it up, and its been fine.... Very odd... only thing I can think of, is that loose nut in the pump.
