ShockTop works fine for most occasions. When I'm feeling "fancy" I like to go for a Stella Artois....

Street Tacos for lunch -

Fried up some peppers and onions and added some leftover tritip for the beef. Sides of cheese, salsa, guac and sour cream.

And an "approved" non-fruity beer....

Very simple, very easy, but one of my favorite dishes. Bacon wrapped scallops with just light salt-and-pepper.

Did a beer can chicken except I use DR Pepper...

Dr pepper is good in some chili or some pork roast in a crock pot. I don't know how it is in some chicken. Does it add some sweetness?

To me it adds moisture and it sure does disappear fast! The wife doesn't like beer or the taste of it in food. Maybe I should move over to looking for a new wife thread

I actually use a can of chicken broth instead of a can of beer (my 11 y/o and 6 y/o eat the chicken too)
