Was reading through this thread (Extended test directions issue - broken links) and decided to click through to see what everyone was talking about. In the OTO and FAS-DPD sections, at the bottom in the related posts area, there is a link to this... Extended test directions issue - broken links

Looks like something that is under development and not quite ready for prime time. Just wanted to toss that out there.
