Nylon bolts and nuts on plugs

I just got winterizing plugs and they have plastic (nylon I think) bolts and wing nuts.

The bolts are pretty hefty at 1/2” diameter, but I’m wondering if I should be concerned about them breaking if the water freezes around them.
