I dumped in 2 bags of Salt but I cant seem to get my readings to say it is rising? Could this be a Salt Cell issue?

Are you referring to automated readings from the SWG cell/system itself or your own salt testing? How are you testing your salt levels by the way?

The Blue Essence SALT system is a relabeled Hayward Aquarite system. It does NOT measure salinity.
The salt level is calculated by an algorithm in the main board that uses the voltage, amperage and water temperature.
Give the salt at least 48 hours to dissolve and then measure the actual salt level with a Taylor K-1766 Salt Test kit.
