No power - raise the chlorine or leave it be?

We lost power yesterday from the storm (I live in NJ). No pump, no filter, no vacuum.
We may not get power back for a week or so.
Water chemistry is okay for now. FC is around 3.

I have skimmed out the floating leaves and cleaned most of the bottom.

Opinions .... should I raise the chlorine or leave it be?
I have a generator and plan to drop in a cover-pump for circulation but it will not drive the filter.

Thanks!
Alan
