Hey all- I have been having problems with my hayward system picking up the flow sensor. I have this error on my app. I bypassed the flow sensor otherwise my pump kept shutting off. How can I “re install” the flow sensor and get it connected?

Back story- I had tried to install a mother board for my aqua rite and screwed everything up, so I took it out and now am having this flow sensor problem.

I don’t know. I tried to install a daughter board, and re wired to connect that. My guess is I did not re install the system back correctly when I removed it. I cleared the system out of my hub and tried to re program, but missed something is my guess.

The pump uses the same flow switch as the Aquarite.

Can you see and control the Aquarite from your OmniPL system?

I think you lost the data comm connection between the Omni and Aquarite when you installed the daughter card.

Showing us all that you did may help you and us understand where the problem is.

No I took the daughter board back out. As when I put it in, I lost control of my relays. I am sure I didn’t install correctly. I took it back out and put everything back the way it was, but I am missing something clearly. There is still flow through my aqua rite, but not through my pump. I had to bypass the shut off for the flow sensor or my pump would never run
 
Do you have a flow switch plugged into your OmniHub here?

Do you have Flow Monitoring Enabled in the Configuration for the pump?
