I have a 15k gallon fiberglass pool with a SWG.
The control panel is Hayward’s Goldline Aqua Plus.
Anyway, I cleaned my salt cell yesterday but when I went through the menus, I got the below errors:
  1. Chlorinator Off
No Cell Power

  1. Instant Salt
Chlorinator Off

  1. Check System
No Cell Power 2

The chlorinator is set at 50%

What do I do ... especially since I am neither mechanically inclined nor electrically inclined.

Do you know someone who is electrically inclined? If not, you may need to call a pool technician to come out and troubleshoot.

This occasionally happens with Hayward SWGs. Most of the time it is a bad solder joint on the K1 relay. You can often tell by a burnt mark on the back of the controller board. This can be fixed if you know how to solder and refloat the solder joint.

Another possibility is the fuse on the board but that usually opens because of a short in the cell or on the board. So you would need to find that problem first before replacing the fuse.

AquaPlus uses the same board as the ProLogic:

There is a link to a business that will repair the board for you.

Since you mentioned that you are not electrically inclined, only pull the board if you feel comfortable doing so and make sure all of the power is shut off first.
