Hey guys I just finished the efforts or re plumbing my light circuit to use 12V light. Finished it all and went to install the light to the niche and found that the previous owner had broken the tab where the light would screw in. Attached is a picture of the new light installed but not screwed in. It looks like it’s an 8 hole pattern. I’m looking for a way to fix this without draining or needing a new niche box. I found some sealing rings which seem like I might be able to use by only screwing in 2 of the 8 screws. Has anyone else had to deal with this and what advice could you give?

To clarify my thought process is to buy one of the attached. I would then put the sealing ring on top of the existing sealing ring rubber material using two of the existing bolts assuming they are long enough or buy longer. It seems this should work until I have to change the liner and can fox it properly in the future
