Getting ready to install an Intex 24x12.
Leaning towards saltwater.
Is the Intex saltwater good enough?
What changes do you recommend upfront?

Still working on the location of the pool. Reading up on the site prep.
Looks like foam under the pool area and then concrete or wood for each leg position.

Welcome to TFP! Intex sells some combo packagesto help try and make for an economical purchase. It may not be considered the gold standard of pool equipment, but if this is your first pool it's a good place to start. You can also consider DIY upgrades to the pool later like hard PVC plumbing, fountains, or a wide mouth skimmer. But all in good time. Go to our AGP forum and you'll lots of discuss.

Enjoy the forum. :swim:
