Depends on what type you get. Evaporator types like Polar Chillers start around $1800 plus installation. Stand-alone Heat pump condenser types start around $3k plus install, heater + chiller combo units start around $6k plus install.

I paid roughly $3500 - completely installed, including electrical work and adding to the automation system. That was around 5 years ago. If you can do the installation yourself, I think the chiller alone was around $2k.
