Welcome to TFP! And yes this is the place. Just read up a little and ask any questions you have. We do disinfection a little different from others but it's simple, designed so any pool owner can do it successfully with inexpensive generic chemicals so it's by far the cheapest way to go. You also get answers and advice by experts that have nothing to sell. And we don't just stop at water balance. We have experts in everything pool. Equipment, pool surfaces, automation, AG,. IG we have experts in it all.
First thing you need is a test kit. We only use pool owner test results.. With the right kit you results are by far the most accurate. So get that kit on order TF 100 is best or K2006c. But get one on order as soon as you can since the first thing you need is a set of results. Also please fill out your signature so we know the details of your pool without having a couple of cycles of Q&A before we answer your questions.
