Newb.....algae(I think) issue won't go away

Hello all. Second year pool owner so still a newbie. Currently having issues with what I assume is algae. My test levels are all good but still getting this greenish colored algae on the bottom/sides of the pool. It brushes away easily but then is back in the next day or two. CYA @40, no CC's, and try to keep my FC at the high end of the recommended amount. Could this be mustard algae?

Already followed SLAM process. Even went a few extra days just to be sure.
