Hello, I'm new here so I apologize if I'm not in the correct thread. Pool was replastered about 2 years ago in Ivory White. As you can see in many areas the white is fading to Green. What would cause this and shouldn't White not fade? Also, should I be concerned about these cracks along the walls? I appreciateany insight. Thank you

Welcome to the forum!

It looks like the green is mostly in the spa. This happened to me as well and is due to copper in the water and higher PH that normally occurs in the spa due to the venturis (i.e. bubbles) which makes it easier to deposit metals on the plaster surface. The copper can come from fill water or even the heater. I was able to get rid of my green plaster by lowering the PH in spa until it release the copper from the plaster and draining the spa to waste. You can also acid wash the plaster to remove the staining. Jack's magic copper solution can help remove it as well.

Forgot to ask if you have a copper ionizer? Those can add copper as well.
