I was trying your math app and reached a point where the app said I must go premium. I'm not sure I can afford this but I clicked on subscribe to see the cost. My computer chugged away with a circle of dots for a while and said loading, then quit. What did it load and where did it put it? My pool has been open less than a week and I can't bring the program up to today's information, it looks like I must subscribe to be able to track anything, and I don't know how to subscribe. I know little about computers and much less about pools so baby steps in any answers, please.

Are you trying to use this on a PC or on a phone?
You may want to try it on the phone...what type of phone do you have? If you have an iPhone or Android, you can download from the store. Having it on the phone makes it easy to carry around with you when you are testing to add results and chemical additions.
The subscription is, I THINK, $7.99 per year. The ability to save all your tests and additions are worth it.
I haven't mastered my computer yet! My Grandson gave me a phone (an old I-phone) but I need to leave home to get a reliable signal. The two-thumb jitterbug dance doesn't work with these old hands, I need big targets to type. I will stick to a computer for now. The price seems great, but how do I subscribe? When I clicked on the subscribe bar, it said loading for a while but I can't find anything loaded. I expected a page asking for information and a credit card number, but all I see is the "Premium Subscription Features:", subscribe, and restore subscription that I just clicked on. Reclicking on subscribe goes through the loading again and the restore returns something like "none found". Is there another way to subscribe without going through the "Premium Feature" page? Or tell me where to find the "loading" thingy on my computer. Thanks.

This would work for the calulations but I am hoping to eliminate the need for a spredsheet so I can look back at what worked and what didn't. Between a faulty memory and doubting everything I do, I need a roadmap of what I did yesterday, last week, and last month. This program should be easy to subscribe to but I must have screwed that up.
