New to pool ownership bloke

Thanks for the opportunity to join.
I want to learn how to manage pool water to ensure maximum balance and safety for swimming. I am completely new to pool ownership. I have a salt water, chlorine generator for an 8m x 4m pool and a cartridge filter. I have a Palintest pool water 6, digital water tester. So now I can get the readings, I just need to learn what the readings mean and what chemicals to use to make any necessary adjustments. I live in Brisbane, Queensland and have hot humid summers.

Hi again - some more details about my pool.
Rectangular shape with slight curve in on one long side. Measures 8M x 3.7M. Average depth 1.3M (taken from 3 measurements). Calculates to 38,480 litres - based on current water level. It has a Saltwater chlorinator - Onga Chlormaster 20 brand, currently set at 80%, running 2 hours morning and again in the afternoon. I recently replaced the chlorinator cell.
It has a Pentair 1hp pump.
I use a Palintest Lumiso Pooltest 6 digital water tester which I purchased recently. The two readings I have taken so far are:
28/01/2024 11/02/2024
F-Chl = 3.2mg/L 2.33
T-Chl = 2.49mg/L 2.33
pH = 7.98 7.77
CyA = 27mg/L 21
TA = 84mg/L 74
CaH = 28mg/L 101
Br = 6.69mg/L 4.69

I need to learn how to maintain water quality and balance, and what chemicals, if any, I need to add based on the readings I get.

P.S. I use an electric Dolphin robotic pool vacuum to clean the pool.
