New spa owner up in Canada

Hi all,

I am a new spa owner as of three months. I actually joined because I have had a few issues develop that have concerned me. I am curious to see what I can learn from the community. Thanks in advance for the support.

Hope your water is good now as even brand new spas need to be purged before using due to the testing water being in the pipes for unknown amount of time till delivery. The most you should keep it is about the 6 month mark when you'll need to purge and clean it which means January when it's too cold to be out there doing that task. It may make sense to purge now and hope to pass through all the cold weather before the next time to purge assuming this is an outside installation.

Thanks for the response! I did purge when we got it. Did a pipe cleaning and all. Actually I just started a new thread about an issue I am having. Please go check it out and give me your thoughts.
