My Aquabot Turbo T2 robot just died. My husband thinks its the drive motor but its 11 seasons old and I think its time to buy a new one. So my question to the experts is does anyone have a recomendation for a replacement? Its a fairly large L shaped pool. We are looking for something that can do floors, walls and water line, has a remote control option so we can get the spots it misses, and will pick up sand (thanks to the ants that take up behind the pool wall). Also, does anyone have experience with a rechargeable battery powered cleaner versus the plug in model with the cord...pros cons.? And lastly do we need all the APP capabilities? Once our old robot learned the pool configuration we literally dropped it in about once a week durning peak season and left it on continuous run for like 6 hours.
