Got it all set up, power supply good, but unit won’t run, in or out of water. Not using WiFi, just manual button on power source. It seems like there’s no power going to unit. Have followed all the troubleshooting instructions in the manual. Do I just need to return it for a new one? I ordered it online, so that would be a pain. Any thoughts?

You may just want to return it for a full refund - and then contact Marina Pool & Spa for a good recommendation on what will work best for your pool. They willship it to you for free. Since they are a brick and motar store, the full manufacturers warranty applies.Thanks. Did read Pool Care Basics. Good info.
