Hello, actually I have had my pool coming up on two years but have always used Texsun Pool store to test my water and by their direction. A friend told me about this site and I'm slowing understanding what to do.
I have a gunite pool
15,000 gallons
DE Filter
All I have been doing so far is switching to liquid bleach.
I have a water test kit that I was given when my pool was up and running. All I can check it Clorine and PH levels.
First question is do I add bleach daily?
Second question is I'm going out of town for about 6 days. What do I need to do to the pool before I leave and would it be okay while I'm gone?
Today I took my water to be tested at Leslies and these are the readings:
FAC 5
TAC 5
CH 230
CYA 60
TA 150
PH 7.6
COPPER 0
IRON 0
TDS 1100
PHO 2500
They told me to add phosfree but I didn't . What should I do to lower.
