new pool testing questions

1. how do I calculate how long it takes the water to cycle through the whole pool (13k pool/spa)?
2. if I use borates, can I keep the fc levels close to 1.0
3.how long after the pump comes on can I test?
4. what order can/should I put bleach & muric acid in the pool?
5. could someone send me the link that explains why I should keep my fc levels over 2.5 (pb's said that was ok)?
6. I'm using boatloads of acid was told this was because it's a new pool. is that correct ?
7. how do I locate the return on my pool?

1. Doesn't matter. Long enough to mix chemicals, keep them mixed and top of the water clean.
