New pool start - 4 week evaluation

Looking for some comments on chemistry regards to new FG pool. It has been 4 weeks since the pool was in the ground. Since then the hardscaping is *mostly done, and the kids are itching to jump in.
I've been using a pool maintenance company to start me off, and hopefully cut them off once I get the hang of things.
Below are the past and current values. Based off my research here, most of the levels are in the right ranges, BUT I am a little concerned about the CYA. The Chlorine stabilizer listed below (which I'm assuming is the CYA) seems a bit low at 40ppm. We haven't had much sun lately, so I'm not too concerned about the breakdown, but I should try to bring that up to 60-70ppm correct? The tech had mentioned the Tri-Chlor will add some CYA, but did not give me any recommendation about specifically adding Cyanuric Acid.
Anything else I should be on the look for? Do you think its ok if we christen the pool this weekend?;)

If those test numbers are accurate, then yes, you should be prepared to add more stabilizer to increase the CYA to 70. Not sure about your area, but here around San Antonio we've had one of the wettest summers I can recall. But when the sun pops out, you'll want more CYA (70) to help the SWG.

On a side note, be sure your water testing is done with a TF-100 or Taylor K-2006C test kit. If you have one, be sure to add it to your signature along with all of your pool and equipment info. It helps to see that info on every post.

When you are prepared to turn on your SWCG, you need to verify the proper salt level for that specific SWCG. In addition to one of the test kits mentioned by Pat, you need to have a salt test kit see link
CYA can be added by use of tricolor tabs but it takes a while for them to dissolve to get the full benefit.
Adding stabilizer directly to the pool such as granular is much more effective.

Fill out your signature with your pool equipment, test kit and pool specifications. It may also help if you provide a general area of Texas that you are in as weather conditions vary across the state.
Have fun on your initial swim weekend.
