Recently purchased a home with a beautiful indoor pool in the Tacoma, WA area.
We have had a built-in hot tub in the past that was built like a small pool (similar equipment in terms of pump and filter), but the whole full size swim pool and attached hot tub is new.
Pool is not particularly big ~20,000 gallons (we think - not much documentation left in the home).
Equipment:
Single Speed .75 HP Hayward MAX-FLO XL pump
Sand Filter
Electric Heater (100 AMP service going to the heater - no idea why they stuck with an electric heater - but historically our electric prices are low in this area).
