You would think that if Intex created this set-up, SOMEONE has figured out a solution! If not, we will!

go stand in the aisle at home depot and show them a picture of the return and then say you want to go from this(the picture) to a 45° fitting of the same diameter. shouldn't be more then like 5 bucks. probably be a short piece of straight pipe and a 45° fitting. I'm just not sure about threaded or press fit. defiantly shouldn't need to glue it together.

lowes should be fine for this. i only go to home depot for one thing. pvc stuff. i am a pond person for many years. koi and the whole nine yards. a cheap way to make bulkhead fittings is to use electrical pvc conduit fittings. they don't have the taper that regular PVC fittings have. home depot sells the correct ones, lowes does not. i got tired of arguing with them about it.

Day 2. Ok did an OCLT FC still at 32ppm CC 0 that means the water is clean but pool is still cloudy

pabeader, MarianParoo : I found a solution to my return fitting much better angle for circulation I replaced the entire fitting

Just did first test since sunrise FC 30 added 13 oz of 6% bleach taking it back to 31ppm

CC 0
Cloudy water but can see the bottom

Added 33oz of bleach tapping back to 31ppm.

I'm I suppose to keep my SWG running during the SLAMMING process

Ok cause I just bought a new SWG today (The Intex CS-28669) got it at walmart for $99.00 had to grab it and was running it lol
