New Pool opening

Just filled our new pool last Tuesday, ( 15K gallon saltwater pool) the SWCG is of course not operational yet so I have chlorine tablets in chlorinator. PB put acid and liquid chlorine and one bottle of liquid chlorine in the pool. Until my TF100 gets her, I am having my water tested at local pool supply store.

My numbers today were:

FAC-0
TAC-0
Salt -560
Calcium Hardness- 250
CYA-30
TA- 100
pH 7.8
copper-0
Iron-0
phosphates- 100

I added another bottle of liquid chlorine and turned the chlorinator (Pentair) up to 3 1/2. Can someone suggest what I need to do to get water within right range?

Put the complete details of your Pool in your signature. There is not enough salt yet for the SWCG to do any good. You need to keep liquid chlorine in there for now. If Pool is vinyl lined, salt can be added right away. If Plaster/Pebble, it will be anywhere from 2-4 weeks before salt is added.

You mention turning Pentair to 3 1/2. Which model SWCG is it?
