I have a San Juan Pool, and its less than 3 months old. Already seeing things that make me think it was a 2nd quality patch job on a new pool. Is this normal at 3 months?

With a single color finish that has been exposed to the element, matching the color of the patch is challenging.
That's the thing, it hasnt been repaired, it just started showing this stuff 3 months in. I am wondering if I bought a scratch and dent pool?

Could be crack patches or maybe they had blocks in there for some reason before it was installed (sun bleaching around them?) Have you contacted the builder or San Juan pools?
