Wouldn't surprise me at all if it went all the way down to the 7-8' they are going to dig. That is a lot of rock. I wonder how deep it goes? It will form a solid base if it is full depth of your pool

We asked ahead of time and due to the sheer amount of limestone in this area, they don't charge extra. It's built into the dig cost. They only charge extra if they run into something truly unusual, like a buried car or storage tank or something that doesn't belong there.Hope you are not getting charged alot extra! Our builder warned us about "rock time" and it would be xtra if they hit rock during the excavation
Unless the limestone magically stops just outside the dig area, you are probably correct!I would guess the plumbers and electricians will also have some ”Fun” digging their trenches.
you may need to bring back that backhoe if your plumbing trench needs to be 18inches or so.Unless the limestone magically stops just outside the dig area, you are probably correct!
I have to assume that electricians and plumbers are well equipped to deal with the rock. It's hardly unique to my build. It's all over this area.you may need to bring back that backhoe if your plumbing trench needs to be 18inches or so.
What plaster color is that?We had torrential rains last night, and now we have a pool! View attachment 377868
That would be Texas Mud with a little (lot) of Limestone for sheen! What plaster color is that?
