New Pool in Florida With Rust After the Gunite Shoot

Hi,
I hope I can get some opinions here. We are having a new pool installed, the gunite was done about 5-6 wks ago, it rained for the first time about 3 weeks after the gunite was done, and we saw some rust coming through. I brought this up to the pool builder and he said there was nothing to be concerned about that it was just minerals. It rained again yesterday and this rust has become worse, it has now gotten on the tile and grout that lines the steps. I am concerned that if we continue with the build that this rust will bleed through within the next year and we will have ongoing problems. Is this just minerals (trust the builder) or is this a bigger issue that the builder does not want to address? I look forward to all your expert opinions! Thanks

Is the builder doing anything to control the ground water level?

Were there any issues on the day that they did the gunite?

Was it really hot or cold or did they stop at some point and resume the next day?

Are you near a body of water?

If yes, what is the elevation of the pool relative to the surface of the water?
