New pool has a crack. Should I reject it or can it be repaired?

I think it is too late for that as they backfilled today. Is it definitely needed? I could call them tonight as see if it would still be possible.
Is your skimmer downwind? If not and you don't have an autocover a 2nd skimmer would be best but if backfilled its likely too late if they back filled all the way to the top already. Usually they leave room for the plumbing to be completed, if so I would ask for a 2nd one and pipe it separately back to pad.

ok. Thank you. We do have an auto over. Not sure on the downwind part. I will ask the PB tho. Thanks! Any pics of your pool?

Glad you got a resolution. Hopefully it’s not going to be an issue going forward & you won’t even remember the trauma you experienced seeing it upon arrival. I know my heart would have dropped seeing that as they uncovered my many thousands of dollars worth of fiberglass. Large purchases are rough enough on the heart already!
