New Pool design in Punta Gorda, FL

Building a new home, met with pool builder today.
Will attach drawing, hope it shows up okay.
Equipment all Hayward
Tri Star Variable Speed pump
Cartridge filter
40k gal salt cell
6' spa with spill over
likely adding heat pump heater (no gas in area)
PB installs automation for spa installs
4' shallow 5' deep end
sun shelf, with umbrella insert, 3 wall returns, 1 skimmer
Roughly 15' x 25'

Appreciate your review, what am I missing?

cleaner?
Plumbing layout? Are the skimmers and floor drains plumbed separately back to the pump?

Is that signature really yours? or a software glitch ... which we have had ?

Drawing is just in prelim stage, wanted any comments at this step. Working on size and shape for the area, plumbing isn't part of the drawings yet. But thanks for pointing out the need for separate lines for drains and skimmer. Will watch for that in next step.

Filter is Hayward C9002, and yes, thats my signature.
