New pool built in 2022. I noticed the floor in the deep end seems to be caving in. Some have said water under the pool, but we have a sump pit next to the pool that is bone dry. Any idea what causes this and how serious it is?? Thanks!!

That is not good but hard to tell just how bad it is.
