I'm planning a new pool build and the builder intends to installer a Jandy VSP with a booster pump powering a Polaris 280. I'm wondering if I should have them skip the booster and install a 360 instead. My thinking is this would save on energy and leave the door open to get a robot in the future if I want without having an unused booster pump sitting around.
Any thoughts on whether a 360 makes sense over a 280+booster for a new build?
