are you going to seal the travertine? I just ordered 5 gallons of stonetech professional saltwater resistant sealer to handle the job.
I don't think so. I've always heard sealing leads to slippery decks, which I want to avoid

The stone tech salt water resistant sealer is a penetrating sealer. It absorbs into the stone and does not impact the color or make it more slippery. Purely for protection against salt water absorption.
Looks great! Can't wait to see it when it is finished. What travertine did you go with? What pattern is it?

No, plaster company is A&M Tile and Plaster. If you went with Romo for plaster, I'll bet they did awesome for the first 3 quarters, but then blew it right at the end. Sorry, irresistible football joke. I am actually a Romo supporter, but the joke is just sooo easy.

Plaster is done. They will come back tomorrow for acid wash. It is starting to look like a real pool!!

Ha! The only beef I had with them, is cleaning out their buckets in my yard, the pool looks great even if I do have blue patches in my yard!
