I'm saddened to know that you are forced to live in such squalor. ;) I think that I could live in that pool house! Mine just has a bathroom and dry sauna and I don't think my entire pool house is as large as the kitchen in yours. 8)

We're not worthy! We're not worthy! :bowdown: :bowdown: :bowdown: That's really fantastic!! It's so well integrated into what appears to be a substantially sloping site. I love the cozy feel of the patio just off the rear of the house and the way the pool and poolhouse are elevated above it. It's like you have several outdoor "rooms". Really beautiful work.

I agree... we have a program here at TFP designed specifically to help people out of dangerous living conditions such as those... A generous forum member agrees to let you live in his home while he endures living in yours. I graciously volunteer to trade with you! :) :) :)

BTW, your yard is B - E - A - utiful!!! It must have been one hell of a project, I'm surprised it could all be completed in 7 months.
