Yep it said original bleach so think it was good and I’ve had trouble finding actual liquid chlorine locally. Walmart and HD didn’t have any. I’ll look around though.

Lowe’s had liquid Chlorine and bought 12 lbs Clorox CYA. Two sock with 8 lbs hanging on the ladder by the skimmer.
Rechecked CYA this afternoon to just confirm since this is one thing you can’t fix without draining. Still got 20 so 12 lbs should get me to 70-80 per pool math.

Work you way up to your target CYA in steps and test to verify for the reason you state. It may take several days to test your actual number. Don't add too much and overshoot your target.
I appreciate the advice but it was about 12 lbs too late. 
Hope pool math was was right because I just pushed my pot all-in.

The Pool Math calculation will be correct if the estimated gallons are too. 
I guess I was pretty close on the gallons it came out to CYA of 80 today...so far.
