new plaster and alkalinity too high?

So re-plastered re-tiled the old pool. Going Ok save for some expansion joint grout/caulk that failed and will need redo and their tent kept collapsing (latter was sort of funny).

Contractor uses Orenda mobile app and I guess the Orenda plans and he has warranty so am co-operating.

on day 2 after fill
temp 46
pH 8.2
CH 200 (he added Ca yesterday)
TA 170
FC 0
CYA 0

PoolMath CSI 1.29, too high
Orenda App LSI .43, too high

so the question
is this situation Ok for new plaster startup?

I would lower the pH to 7.2 until the TA gets down. You're at risk for scaling.

Does the contractor say to leave it like it is?

Also, brush daily.
