New owner!! Need some info:)

I’ve recently purchased a Mira single pump hot tub. Every time I check the tub while the “filter” icon is flashing, the water is still. Is that normal?
Or should the pump be running on low for the continuous 4 hours. Or does it go on and off for the 4 hours and I’ve just missed it being on?

I am not familiar with that brand, what are those codes? Often an icon flashing indicates a problem or delay while a solid icon means it is running.
Have you called your spa dealer?

Ok that’s what I was thinking! Thank you! Yes the dealer hasn’t exactly been forthcoming...

It's a new spa, it should be under warranty. Raise some ****.
