One year ago, we purchased a complete Hayward VS pump and Omni control. By the time support was able to diagnose and replace the new pump we were into the swimming season so decided not to mess with the Omni Logic Control electronics. Here I am one year later trying to get the Control Hub working and the touch screen does not work. It a touch gets the Hub to move to the next screen, it will not return without powering the system down and back up. If I can get to the wi-fi setup through touch, but when I try to enter a password, most presses to select characters, fail to respond and again, I can not return to previous screens for the special characters screen. I have called Hayward. They were very interested in the day I purchased it. I was told a Hayward Tech would get back to me in 3 to 5 days. I suspect it will be a few days out of warrantee. I do see where others have had this issue. Any idea if they have fixed this issue or what the best course of action is?
