New kit, where to start?

I have the somewhat fancy taylor kit.
Numbers are:
Free chlorine .5
Combined 1
Ph 7.6
Alkaline 90
Calcium 80
Cya zip

Which do I work on first?
I have stabilizer for the cya
I have been using 12% liquid pool chlorine. Works out cheaper than straight household bleach. If it matters, one swimmer. Water is currently lovely, and I want to keep it that way!
