New Inground - design help - 18x36 ICF walls

Hello,
I’m new to the home pool scene. To entertain my five kids (and the the rest of the neighbourhood kids for that matter) has lead me to putting in a pool.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated but I’m looking for feedback on:

1) skimmer placement
2) return jet placement
3) pipe sizing
4) solar system input (pipe size? Same pump? 3rd floor feasible?
5) pump size?

I've been told 1 skimmer and 2 jets are enough... am I going overboard?

1 skimmer and 2 returns will work, but not optimally. Your 2 skimmers and 4 returns is much better. With the added water features do you have one large pump or multiple pumps?
