New to the community and just doing a intro post.
We are finishing up a new house build and want to take advantage of our back yard with a pool. Both hubs and I grew up with a pool and we spent our summers in it non-stop. We'd like our kids to have that same experience plus being in Florida it almost seems essential for all these 98 degree days.
We got quotes from four different PBs before I discovered TFP. Now we're more informed so we'll be going back and countering. We are also pricing out for an owner build.
