New House, New Pool, What Test Kit

Hi, I just joined this wonderful site yesterday and spent all day in the "Pool School", great information. I am buying a brand new built house and it has a brand new pool in the back . I owned an above ground pool and hot tubs before but never an in ground pool. I have listed as much information as I know at this point in my signature as instructed to do on the site. The closing of the house is set for 7/19 and want to order supplies to have on hand so I won't be at a loss when I get there. The pool is a SWG and I'm unclear if the TF100 or Taylor K2006C test kits test for salt or do I need an additional kit. If so, what kit do you recommend for salt? I will complete more of the information under my signature when I actually close on the house. I have also downloaded the Pool Math application and will be using that as soon as I get there. I have attached pictures of the pool and pump area. I live in Hernando Florida. Any advice or comments would be greatly appreciated.

TF 100 is a great kit , you would also need a salt test kit , the Taylor K1766 is accurate and easy to use . The Taylor speed stir is also something to think about , makes testing all the more easier .
Congrats on the new house/pool .

Herb, thanks so much for replying. I was going to get the TF100 and I will also get the Taylor K1766. Thanks again, I'm sure I will have lots of questions here in the near future. :lovetfp:

hi... congrats on the new home and pool! looks great to me. What is the standing brick thing in front of the palm, in the corner?

No need to buy any chemicals before moving in. See what you might need first. All you need to buy are easily obtainable at Lowes or Walmart.

Love that whole area!!! SO pretty! Everyone else has you well covered with the details of what you need so far!

I am betting that is a fire stand over there by the palm tree! I bet it looks awesome at night!

You are correct, that is a fire pit...unfortunately it is not mine nor were the palm trees. These items were part of the staging of the house for sale...however, it has given me some good ideas of what I could do. Thanks for everyone's help, this is a great forum and has a wealth of information for the homeowner pool guru.
