I would push your CYA up to 50 and see how it works with your sun. If that does not keep the FC lose at no more than 3 or so a full, sun day.

We are going to also work on your TA. It is a tad high. Here is a like for the pH/TA tweaking:
Lower Total Alkalinity - Trouble Free Pool Don't get in a big hurry to get this done overnight. It will not hurt anything to take is slow and easy as able.

I want to shoot for a TA of 80 to start with. When it gets down to that let it ride and see what your pH has to say about it. See each pool has it's own sweet spot for TA/pH. If it likes the TA the pH will stay steady for a while without any wild swings up unless there is a huge rain or a wild swim party.
